Kemal was born in the Balkan port city of Salonika on May 19, 11. When he was studying in Islamic school, he couldn’t stand the religious atmosphere in the school and went to the Sixth Army Preparatory School in Salonika without telling his family. At that time, he was only 13 years old. Later, he successively entered the Sixth Army Military Academy in Monasti and the Istanbul Military Academy.

Turkey was once a great power in the Middle Ages. By the end of the 19th century, the autocratic monarchy of the Turkish king made the once mighty Ottoman Empire fall under the control of Britain, France, Italy, In the hands of Greece and other countries, the people of all ethnic groups in Turkey were forced to fight against autocratic rule frequently because of foreign troubles. Kemal organized a group of like-minded young people who often secretly discussed ways to resist feudal autocratic rule and save the country from peril. They wrote articles exposing the autocratic rule of King Sudan, copied tabloids and publicized revolutionary ideas. Later, Kemal and others were arrested and sent to Damascus for military service. In Damascus, he organized a "freedom association" among officers and intellectuals. In 19o7, Kemal merged the association into the Young Turkish Party and became a part of the party.
The Young Turkish Party, also known as the United Progressive Association, led the students of Istanbul Medical College to secretly set up the Ottoman Unified Association in May 19, restoring the constitutional purpose of 176 years. Many groups were established in various parts of the empire. In 1995, the main members of the United Progressive Association were intellectuals, petty officials and military officers. The initial leader Muhammad Riza established many organizations abroad and published free newspapers. At the turn of the 19th century and the 20th century, the activities of the Association were once depressed. In 1905, the Russian revolution and the Iranian revolution, the upsurge of the movement of ethnic officials in the Turkish state made the Young Turkish Party active and organized a newsletter.
After introducing these, Kemal looked at Chentian and said meaningfully.
"The sky in Turkey is going to change color!"
Despite the language barrier, Chen Tian and Kemal both felt that they had met each other for a long time. Before they knew it, they talked about dinner time and naturally invited him to dinner with enthusiasm.
For Chentian, the dinner was not particularly rich, but it still made Kemal and the translator look at the table full of delicious food. I don’t know from the hand that Lisa smiled at each other on Chentian, so they were not stiff, so the translator gulped down, while Mr. Kemal was simply wolfing down. It seems that the Turkish Revolutionary Party is very poor, and it is difficult for them to collect so much money to buy a plane.
Watching them eat so heartily, I feel that my appetite is particularly good. In less than half an hour, a pile of food such as suckling pigs, roast ducks, beef and beans were wiped out. Everyone patted their stomachs with satisfaction and then burped loudly. Then everyone laughed loudly. At dinner, everyone didn’t say a few words, so after dinner, they couldn’t stop the night, but they didn’t feel sleepy at all. Finally, Chentian and Kemal talked all night by candlelight, and of course, there was a poor translation.
When the sun shone on Chentian Palace, Chentian and Kemal had reached a consensus that Chentian would not sell planes directly to Kemal and his young Turkish party, but recruited a group of veterans in East Prussia to set up a mercenary group and selected a group of officers from the Konigsberg Military Academy of the East Prussian Corps to command this mercenary group to go to Turkey to help Kemal train his revolutionary armed forces and pretend to be his troops to participate in the Turkish revolution.
When Kemal needs a plane, a flight team, pilots and technicians will be hired to go to Turkey first, and the plane will be shipped to Turkey after being dismantled.
"Thank you, Prince Hall!" Before leaving, Kemal solemnly gave a military-like salute to Chen Tian.
"It’s an honor to fight with you!" Chen Tian hopes to help Kemal establish a strong Turkish government. During World War I, Germany, an ally, had better create more troubles for the enemy, and at the same time, he can train his team of officers and pilots in Turkey through actual combat. He did not know that Kemal would become the father of the Republic of Turkey even without his own help, but that would have to wait until 1923.
A few days later, Chen Tian personally went to Berlin to report this matter to the emperor. At that time, the emperor was very dissatisfied with Chen Tian’s decision without permission, but after Chen Tian explained with all his breath that doing so could bring many benefits to Germany, the emperor agreed that Chen Tian would help the Turkish Revolutionary Party.
Later, the mercenary group was established in East Prussia. Because Lieutenant Colonel Orly became the first commander of this group, this group was also named Orly Group. The Orly Group recruited a total of 1,150 retired veterans and selected 20 officers from the East Prussian Corps to serve as the intermediate commander of the group. Some recent graduates from Konigsberg Military Academy followed the mercenary group for practical training.
At the end of 19o7, the Orly Mercenary Corps went to Salonika, Turkey in ten batches. A month later, five Tian III planes also arrived there. There were no more birds flying in Turkey.
Chapter 32 Battle Horn
Ollie has forgotten the day when he woke up and saw that it was no longer the mountains and rivers of East Prussia. It used to be a part of the huge Macedonian empire, and the Aegean sea breeze blew the land here. Perhaps because he was not used to the food here, he lost more than 20 pounds, which was a windfall.
After several stretches, Ollie walked out of his tent. It was still hazy, but the flag of the Ollie regiment was already flying in the wind in the camp. This is the activity center of the young Turks in Thessaloniki, Turkey. They not only stationed in the local exhibition organization, but also set up a guerrilla group in the countryside. The Ollie regiment was stationed in a valley far away from Thessaloniki, and it was also the base of several other guerrillas. Although the Ollie regiment was a large armed force, the Turkish government and army did not notice it.
When Ollie washes his face, the reveille in the camp has sounded calm. When Ollie washes his face, thousands of soldiers are already standing neatly on the right side of the camp. This is what makes him proud. Ollie veterans have a tacit understanding, which makes every joint March neat and fast. On the right side of the camp, Kemal leads a 2oo guerrilla and 5oo newly recruited locals. Many of them are still looking for their clothes. The officers are running back and forth shouting passwords, but they can’t see where their team is.
"Alas …" Ollie shook his head, so I’m afraid the army will spend a lot of effort to train.
"Mr. Lieutenant Colonel, your troops are really enviable!" I don’t know when Kemal came to Ollie’s side and looked at the completely different scenes on both sides. He couldn’t help sighing.
"It’s Kemal School. Good morning!" Ollie turned to look at this "guerrilla school" and smiled brilliantly. Before yesterday, he repeatedly told himself to take care of this Kemal Ataturk. "These are veterans! German recruits will become an excellent army as well as your troops! "
"I have been in the Turkish army for several years. To be honest, they can’t compare with your German army." Kemal showed a very naive expression. "It’s disappointing that they are backward in equipment and lack of training."
"Isn’t it easier for us to deal with such an army?" Ollie turned to his tent. "Mr. School, can I invite you to breakfast? I think it’s time to discuss a plane! "
"Yes! It seems that the planes are all assembled. When can we fly? " Kemal followed into Ollie’s tent.
"I’m afraid not yet. We can’t let your government forces see them first, or there will be trouble!" Ollie took the coffee pot from the stove and filled both Kemal and his cup with a cup. "Besides, we don’t have much fuel now. According to our plan, we need to bring weapons in first and then fuel!"
"oh! What about our weapon? The Prince’s Palace promised us 10,000 Mao Se rifles, 2o Maxim machine guns and 5o bombs! " Kemal was not in a hurry to drink coffee.
"I received a letter from the prince yesterday. Most of the weapons are being shipped here!" Ollie has enjoyed her breakfast ―― bread, eggs and coffee.
"That’s good. Without weapons, we can organize forces against government forces!"
"Mr. School, may I know when you plan to revolutionize?" Ollie glanced at Kemal. He still didn’t intend to have breakfast. Maybe he was worried that Ollie would get fat at breakfast.
"Well … we’re going to encourage the Thessaloniki army to revolt first, and we expect other regions to respond. Then we plan to force Sudan to restore the constitution or enter Istanbul, but now with your help, we hope to make a revolution after the training of our troops is completed, which will be a few months earlier than planned!"
"That’s great! Me and my Ollie group are bored to be sick! " Ollie shook his fist carefully. "We should teach those rubbish a lesson!"
Two months later, Kemal demanded that all weapons be delivered to Salonika, and Kemal’s troops also reached more than 2000 people, and the training of instructors began to take shape. However, due to the large number of people in the camp, the government forces of Salonika seemed to be aware of it, so other leaders of Kemal Youth Turkish Party had discussed whether to launch an armed revolution several times, but they failed to reach an agreement. Fortunately, the aircraft fuel had also been delivered to the camp in batches. After discussing it, Ollie and Kemal thought that the aircraft should be trained near the camp.
Lieutenant Fritz is a pilot in the flight team who came here. He graduated from the pilot class of Konigsberg Military Academy two years ago and has been flying Tian II and Tian III aircraft for 100 hours. Today, he and his co-pilot Nico will fly Tian III aircraft for the first time in Turkey.
Hum … Motivation started in a roar, which is so familiar and sweet to Fritz.
"Nico, let’s take off!" He waved to Nico behind him and stepped up his horsepower. The plane jumped and taxied at the airstrip and left the ground.
"oh! I am back again! "
"Fritz, let’s fly back a little further! Lieutenant Colonel said not to fly to crowded places! " Behind Nico wake up way
"I know! Let’s fly higher! " Fritz pulled the joystick back and the plane quickly soared to a height of nearly 1000 meters. "Nico, have a good look at the scenery here! It’s completely different from Germany here! Look at the mountains here and the rivers here! "
"There seems to be a strange river ahead. I remember the map. This position should be a valley!" Nico suddenly showed something and shouted.
"Let’s fly over and have a look!" By this time, these two guys had completely forgotten that Ollie and Kemal’s flight team had set a five-mile flight range for the camp, but fortunately they flew over to see …
"Oh my God! It’s an army! It seems that there are thousands of Turkish troops! " Fritz and Nico cried out in surprise.
Hoo …
The plane flew over the Turkish army and then turned around and flew in their direction.
A week ago, the Turkish government received information that thousands of rebels had gathered in the village of Thessaloniki and were preparing to start a rebellion. This army was exactly what the Turkish government urgently sent four infantry regiments from Thessaloniki, totaling 5ooo people.
Fritz jumped before the plane stopped and ran to Ollie and Kemal, who were watching the flight at the airport.
"Colonel, we have a Turkish army about 15 miles south of us. They are coming to us!"
"What?" Ollie and Kemal looked at each other. "How many people are there?"
"Thousands of people!"
"How is it possible that there are our officers in the Thessaloniki garrison? What have we not received?" Kemal was puzzled.
"No matter! Let’s get ready soon, there is not much time! " Although Ollie and his team have built defensive positions around the valley before, it is too soon to leave them now.
"Mr. Lieutenant Colonel, let’s delay them!" Fritz looked at Ollie and looked back at the five planes at the airport. They can take off at any time.
"all right! Lieutenant, you can command these planes! See what you can do to delay them as much as possible! " Ollie nodded and ran towards the camp.
"Let’s get ready to take off. The co-pilots are all carrying pistols. It’s better to pick up some stones!" Fritz beckoned the pilots to take off, and he ran to the hangar, picked up some wrenches and ran to the plane. Before Nico could react, he threw those wrenches into his co-pilot cabin.
"Nico will throw these things at their heads later!" Fritz said as he moved the plane
"good! It’s a pity that our plane is too backward. I heard that we are already producing a jettisonable bomb plane! It would be great if we had that kind of plane now! " Nico pick up that wrench fritz threw in.
"Shut up! Nico! This kind of military secret is not allowed to talk nonsense! " Fritz has started the plane and then waved to four other planes to take the lead. The pilots of several other planes seem to have picked up something from the ground and brought it with them.
In less than five minutes, the task force bomber formation flew over the unlucky Turkish army.
